About the Villa
Total 8 private villa units (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the ground floor).
Maximum capacity is 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children (except Villa Kayu Executive — strictly 5 guests maximum).
Important: We do not provide extra beds.
Extra adult: IDR 110,000 per person
Extra child: IDR 55,000 per person
Standard bathroom amenities: soap, shampoo, and 2 towels in every villa.
Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00 maximum
Guest Rules
Late check-out is charged at IDR 55,000 per hour.
Damage caused by guests will be charged according to the extent of damage.
Bhumi Lovina Residence & Villas is not responsible for lost items.
Villa type upgrades require confirmation from our reservations team.
Please keep music at a considerate volume for other guests.
Terms & Cancellation
Rescheduling must be informed at least 7 days before arrival.
